§ 1. General Provisions and Seller's Details

The Online Store, available at the internet address larea.pl, is operated by:

This Regulations defines the rules for using the Online Store, including the rules for concluding distance sales contracts, the rules for executing these contracts, and the rights and obligations of the Seller and the Customer.

The Regulations is a regulation as referred to in Article 8 of the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means.

§ 2. Technical Requirements

To use the Store, including browsing the assortment and placing orders, the following are required:

a) a device with internet access and a browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari)
b) an active e-mail account
c) enabled cookie support

The Customer may download, save, or print the Regulations.

§ 3. Services Provided Electronically

The Seller provides free of charge:

a) Customer Account – a panel for managing orders
b) Cart – allowing orders to be placed without registration

The agreement for maintaining the Account is concluded for an indefinite period and may be terminated at any time.

Complaints regarding electronic services can be submitted to the Seller's e-mail address.

§ 4. Orders and Conclusion of the Agreement

Prices given in the Store are gross prices (including VAT) and are expressed in PLN.

Placing an order is done by:

  • adding the product to the cart
  • filling out the form
  • clicking "Order and pay"

Clicking the button signifies the conclusion of a sales contract.

Order confirmation is sent by e-mail.

Digital content (e.g., gift cards)

When purchasing digital content, the Customer:

  • agrees to its delivery before the expiry of 14 days
  • loses the right to withdraw from the contract

§ 5. Payments

Payments are made via external payment operators, including the Shopify Payments system.

Available payment methods (e.g., BLIK, card) are visible during the order placement process.

§ 6. Delivery

Delivery takes place to the address indicated by the Customer.

Delivery costs are indicated during the order placement process.

We fulfill shipments within 24 hours of placing the order on business days. In exceptional situations, the processing time may be extended – in such a case, the Customer will be immediately informed via email.

Non-collection of shipment

In case of non-collection of an order:

  • The Seller may withdraw from the contract
  • after prior e-mail contact

Refunds are made immediately, with the possibility of deducting return costs (if permitted by law).

§ 7. Withdrawal from the contract (Returns)

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the declaration.

The Customer bears the cost of returning the goods, unless the Seller decides otherwise.

Exceptions

The right to return does not apply, among others, to:

  • hygiene products (e.g., underwear) after opening/removing the seal
  • digital content

§ 8. Complaints

The Seller is liable for non-conformity of the goods with the contract for 2 years.

Complaints can be submitted:

  • by email
  • or to the return address

Complaint resolution time: up to 14 days.

§ 9. User reviews and content

Reviews may be published by customers after purchase.

The Seller may verify their authenticity.

By adding content (e.g., photos), the Customer grants the Seller a free license for its marketing use.

§ 10. Personal Data and GDPR

The rules for processing personal data are specified in the Privacy Policy available on the Store's website.

§ 11. Out-of-court dispute resolution (ODR)

The consumer may use the ODR platform:

§ 12. Final Provisions

Polish law applies to matters not regulated herein.

Disputes are settled by the competent courts.

The Regulations comes into force on: 12.04.2026
