Not happy with your purchase? No worries, you have 14 days to return your order from the moment of delivery.*
How to make a return? To exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, you must inform us of your decision by means of an unequivocal statement. Remember to secure the returned goods against damage. Attach a correctly completed return form, which includes the order number, buyer's details (name, surname, address, phone number), a list of returned products, and the account number to which we should refund the funds. The return will be processed within 14 business days from the date of delivery of the parcel to our address. After the claim is successfully processed, the seller has 14 days to refund the funds.
The cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer.
*Only undamaged goods, without signs of use, with tags and security seals, are eligible for return.

We make every effort to ensure Larea swimwear is perfect, but if you have reservations about the quality of the product or notice any defects** - please contact us via email. You can file a complaint using our form.
Complaints are processed within 14 business days at the latest from the date of receipt of the parcel with the complained product. If the complaint is upheld, the product will first be repaired or exchanged for another, full-value item, and if this is not possible, the equivalent of the product's price will be refunded. If the complaint is not upheld, the product is returned in the condition it was delivered, at the customer's expense.
